A Little About ME

My name is Cassie Dalton.  I am a wife, mother, yoga teacher, and Reiki practitioner. I have always had the heart of a teacher- tutoring classmates in school, working as a fitness coach throughout college, and teaching high school English for 9 years before leaving the profession to pursue my dream of teaching yoga.

I completed my 200 and 300 hour trainings through North Georgia Yoga Center's Yoga Teacher Training program under Mindy Searcey and am registered with Yoga Alliance as an RYT-500.  Additionally, I have studied Reiki under Reiki Master Teacher Peggy Driscoll and have become a certified Reiki Level 2 practitioner through her YoReiLife program.

I know first hand how life-changing the Yoga and Reiki paths can be.  Both of these practices have worked in harmony to give me my life back and remind me of who I truly am, and I want to share these paths with as many people as possible.   If you're ready to get started, I would be honored to walk with you on your journey back to yourself and into the life you imagine.  Let's go- no shoes required!

I offer regular public classes, as well as private sessions for you or your group.  My classes are appropriate for true beginners through advanced practitioners! Classes typically include a guided breathing session, warm-up, dynamic sequence, cool-down, and guided relaxation.  If you want to have a deeply relaxing, transforming experience outside of a yoga session, I also offer hands-on Reiki sessions.
  • Public Classes are currently offered  ONLINE
  • Private sessions are not currently offered. In the future, private sessions can be done in my office or another location that suits your needs. For more info, check out PRIVATE YOGA SESSIONS
  •  REIKI and lifestyle coaching based on the principles of Yoga and Reiki.
